Dispatch

Blends are packed to order so they reach you as fresh as possible. Orders are usually dispatched within two working days.

Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated timings are shown at checkout once your address is entered. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Returns

Because spices are food products, we can only accept returns on unopened packs within 14 days of delivery. Write to us first and we will guide you through it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If a pack arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it.
